Tutu maintenance

Did you know you can iron tulle? 

It's easy.

BEFORE

Set your iron to nylon 

Choose a section about a handspan wide. Pull down one layer at a time and comb it straight with your fingers. Then iron each layer flat.

For an even better look, if you have time, iron each individual piece of tulle flat. This is an excellent thing to do at least to the top layer if you are short of time. 

Once you are done your tutu will be looking as good as new!

Angels in the Afternoon

Yesterday afternoon I wanted to try and capture some images of our feathered wings. Remind me never again to attempt a photoshoot with my little runner, my tired little girl and a head cold!

I am so happy with how the photos turned out, I might be foolish enough to attempt it again.

Wings can be custom made in any colour but white is perfect for weddings!
